So everyone’s heard of the new browser on the block: Flock. It’s first public release was made available today, and it is looking very interesting. It’s basically a modified version of Firefox 1.5, with a new default theme and some more niceties. The favorites system has been completely revamped, as well as some other nice feautures. The most intersting thing, though, is its integration with various blogging services to allow easy blogging on various web stories. However, unfortunately, textpattern support was not built in. Which is where this guide comes in.

I loathed the movie. The jokes were removed, the characters destroyed, and the social commentary effaced. I accept the need to change aspects of the story to fit the new medium; Douglas himself morphed the plot between the different renditions. The movie, meanwhile, was bad, not just different.

Broken links are a reality of web design. You may work tirelessly against them, you may even purchase automated tools to check for them, and yet they will still arise (especially in sites of any size.) So as the problem won’t go away, best is to prepare for it.
